Use of the service

You may use Flowvio only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using Flowvio through your account also complies with them.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the data, documents, notes, images, and other content you submit to Flowvio. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content in order to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service in a way that breaks any law or regulation.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the security of the service.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except where the law clearly allows it.
• Use Flowvio to store or process content you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service from time to time. We aim to keep Flowvio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Fees and billing

Paid features, if applicable, are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Flowvio and all related branding, software, designs, and content we provide remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

AI-assisted outputs

Flowvio may use automated systems and AI-assisted features to help generate reports and other outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them, especially where accuracy, safety, compliance, or client communications matter.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if continued access creates risk for the service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not give warranties that the service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flowvio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another mandatory law applies. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law provides otherwise.
